Track House Life - Community Services

About Community Services

Our Community Services Program helps members live more independently and take part in everyday life. We offer support in family homes, group homes, and short-term care settings. Our team teaches important life skills such as communication, social behavior, and how to manage daily tasks. We focus on helping each person grow and become more confident in their daily routine.

We also create fun and meaningful activities that build friendships and encourage creativity. Members in our program can join community groups, take part in neighborhood events, and attend day programs based on their age and interests. Our goal is to help each member feel included, supported, and connected to the community around them.
